Big Easy complaint: Rude staff and under cooked food

My complaint:

Went for a meal at big easy canary wharf this evening with my partner, we was seated fine and made out order with no complications, when out food arrived, which was under cooked steaks when we clearly ordered them well done, we said to the waiter our issue with the food, when they we was rudely told that if we wasn’t satisfied that we was free to leave. In which case we left the food and asked for the manager who was also so rude and not helpful at all and was forced to pay.

Suggested solution:

I would like to receive some sort of discount or vouchers of some sort to return in the future as im a big fan of “big easy”
