My complaint:
I saw an ad for a personalised 28 day wall Pilates plan on Instagram so followed the link and signed up to the app. There was no personalised plan or no 28 day programme so I went with another company and purchased something similar. I did however before doing this email and use the app to contact customer services to ask about this and request a refund. I’ve provided the payment reference and Google play reference and details multiple times. Ive chased responses around 8 times and emailed different email addresses online I can find to try to get hold of any customer service representatives but have received no response.
Suggested solution:
When I recieve a refund. I have not yet used the app at all.
