My complaint:
I placed $100 in the bet365 account with my credit card through my computer tower and found out after all that trouble that I needed a bet365 authenticator app which is neither available on my tower or android phone. So now they want me to provide them with my bank particulars and I am not comfortable giving a foreign company that info, so now I’m out $100 with a lot of time spent on my computer. Why didn’t they forewarn customers you cannot bet that way?
