My complaint:
I have problem with withdrawal i had of 38000 INR ..But i withdrawal on 13 sep 2022 but after days money didn’t received on my bank account ,i made bank wire withdrawal….and i made so many time contact to customer care through chat…But they always say your withdrawal has been missed and we are searching the reason…and when asking about time frame that time they are saying…we don’t have time frame and you can’t withdrawal till then you can with that amount…so i played then i made 138000 from 38000 INR …Then i went to customer care please activate my withdrawal money options they said we can’t activate and we are working on it….and we don’t have time frame for withdrawal activation…till then you wait or play …..then in frustration i played i lost all money….so i have to complaint against them they intensanally stop for withdrawal and specially said WE DON’T HAVE TIME FRAME TO SHORTOUT ISSUE….What i do now …i have to lodge complaint against them …plz guide me. .
