My complaint:
Placed bets on Superbowl. Won one of them because I took screenshots of all bets. Ever since the Superbowl started I can’t log onto my account. Keeps saying enter short code but the code never comes to my phone. Tried calling and now they say that their phones are permanently closed. Spoke 2x today on text and all they say is they are working on the problem and to keep trying and have nice day. What a bunch of scumbags.
Suggested solution:
Let me log into my account so I can withdraw my winnings.
