My complaint:
I Stayed at the best western in Glendora for 2 day and the day I was checking out the lady lied said she checked the room and there was a plastic wrap over the smoke doctor. I don’t and she accused me andl ied about all this. I called front desk 15 min early to say I was bring my stuff down I gave the maid the towels and she gave me the look like something was going to happen the ceiling was way to high you would need a long ladder.anyways I want my deposit back. So the lady set it up and said I covered the smoke doctor and kept my deposit and she laughed at me. What do I do.
Suggested solution:
Help me get my deposit. They say they don't have to give it back, to be mean . But if we can get the deposit back and a couple free nights.
