Best Western complaint: Incorrect billing

My complaint:

Stayed at hotel on business. Clerk ask for our personal CC for incidentals. I was told by the front desk that the room charges would be placed on the company account Provider Heath. When we checked out, the room charges were all reflected in our personal CC. For the past week, I have called the hotel. The phone rings and goes to VM. I have called numerous times. I have sent the GM (Shelly) 2 e-mails have not been opened in her end. I finally called BW corporate and they assigned a case number CR365060. This involved about $800. I saw online tonight, that the BW CEO David Kong resigned this week after serving 17 years.

Suggested solution:

1. Shelly Stapleton GM needs to make the correction. The room charges should be billed to Provider Health.
2. The phone system needs to be improved.
3. I asked for a direct line for the GM, I was told there was not one. When I called corporate, Evelyn and then Christina and Sebastian each put me n hold and they could not reach the GN They do not have direct lines from what I was told.
