My complaint:
I’m a former salesman that recently parted ways with Joe Myers Kia in August of 2022 due to a unprofessional work environment. I’ve been baffled that a company would allow their management to not only participate in consuming narcotics on the premises ,offering them to employees, but further more allow them to store paraphernalia on the premises. When I left I didn’t not on failing a complaint, I simply wanted to move on with my life. Unfortunately now I’m making a complaint because my final paycheck does not add up to the amount I should be owed. I moved 6 units my last month with the dealership and was paid for none of them. On my last day I ed with Sean Samuel that I would be getting my full commission pay. I’ve been patiently waiting on a non-existent check that has supposedly been in the mail for close to a month now. I’ve requested a paysheet that breaks down my final pay with HR and was told there isn’t one. I find this completely unacceptable that someone would dock an employees final paycheck out of what I can only assume is spite. I can send proof at request on the units I moved in the month of August and the paystub received along with previous months.
Suggested solution:
I would never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from Joe Myers or work for them. Either way they will screw you over.
