My complaint:

We purchased multiple Beds, Box Springs, Frames from Jordan’s. With warranties in place one mattress and box spring failed. We did as required for Jordan’s. We took Multiple pictures of both the bed and box spring. We did this for them as requested 3 different times. Both had failed structurally. They said the mattress was stained and void warranty. It was in fact a shade throwing a color on the mattress. We took more pictures showing it was fine. They said they would get back to us. Never did. Box spring actually failed with wood breaking underneath. They gat pictures, told us this would be replaced, then changed their mind saying pictures did not show inconclusive failure. After six weeks and my need for a bed because I am handicapped, we are done and moving on. If you don’t honor what you say, please don’t say it.

Suggested solution:

I have no idea. After 6 weeks of trying. I give up. Jordan’s owes me 400.00 dollars from a purchase 3 years ago. They would not return. They said to get that money I could use it for another purchase. So I am going there to purchase another mattress so I can get that money back. I will not let them keep it after this disrespect and not caring about their promise and warranty. I would like my money back but, we both know that won’t happen. So my family will never purchase anything again from Jordan’s.
