My complaint:
We were charge for not returning Bell;s equipment, while in Florida for the winter. We are borh super senior’s and did not excatly recall, if we return the equipment.bell charged us trumped up charges, interest .($ 760).When we contacted Bell they said that they would wipe up the charges if we change to spousal account.They check our credit score and we sign up with Bell in order to cancel the charges.
When we returned to home, we had here a letter from collection agency AIC.!!!
I located receipt for equipment…returned all Equipment …reference 202111061806518232764518.
Suggested solution:
We would like to have upgrade to Bells best Tv package, including movie channel, tennis etc. for six months.
