My complaint:
I have been consistently arriving late to work and university for about a week due to the chronic delays of buses 2 and 5. In the transit application, it is evident that they repeatedly cancel the arrival of the bus, and even with prior planning, I am unable to arrive on time. This situation causes me to be late for classes and disrupts my daily routine.
Suggested solution:
I will be at ease when they accurately update the arrival times for buses 2 and 5, as I even face issues returning home at night, often having to walk 20 to 30 minutes in the dark to reach my destination.
