My complaint:
323 service should be increased as when buses come in mid area they are always so full especially in the noon and I always wait at the stop and sometimes I have to wait to get 4th bus. We people are paying so much money and translink is not providing any good service. They should give more buses for 323 route if they know all th buses comes full from Newton area already. In snow times buses and train tracks stop working but why is it like that? Why they are not prepared beforehand? So please give good service to people who we relying on transit for their work and education. Can’t keep on getting late everytime.
Suggested solution:
Give more service of 323. Buses should be coming every 5 minute if they are already full from Newton.
