My complaint:
On Canada way at stop spruce st 133. 12:06 pm. Bus was delayed so I was checking my phone to see it if would show up soon. The bus just left me when I was waiting at the stop. Didn’t even stop or signal it was here. Happened couple of times before and I took it as, maybe because I was sitting, they probably thought I was waiting for another bus that takes the route. This bus comes once in half hour and never on time. Yesterday evening at Gilmore stop after 6:30pm the same bus number’s operator closed the door when I was getting in. Thankfully I didn’t needed medical attention. Please see if this situation can be resolved, because I’ve only had bad experience with transit only with this route. And it’s starting to addup frustration. Have a good day. Thankyou again.
Suggested solution:
The other route bus operators hork if someone is waiting at the stop and not aware the bus is here. That is really helpful. Please advise all operators to do the same.
