My complaint:
i went to bbva on hillcrest road to withdraw funds. the bank teller who was doing was transaction was asking me questions that i felt he should not have been asking me if it was my account and he had my identification. i was given the funds that i requested but shortly after leaving my account was frozen. i went back to talk to manager Christy Graham in which i felt like she was also racial profiling me as well.im not understanding why potential fraud was put on my account but yet i was given funds.
Suggested solution:
by helping me understand why my account is frozen for no reason and release my funds. i have
