My complaint:
I called to make a reservation for my husband with a late check out and he told me the latest check out is 1pm. When I ok’d it with my husband and called back to the manager told me he could not have the late check out and had to be out by 11:30. When I reminded him of the 1pm time he told me earlier he got mad and said he was cancelling the reservation that he didn’t want the trouble?! and hung up! I am a Wyndham owner and a rewards member and have never had to deal with this kind of treatment!
Suggested solution:
There's nothing they can do other than maybe make the owner of that hotel aware that he has a very rude manager and he needs to make sure other people are not treated like this!
