My complaint:
My friend and I jessica Chaffin had reserved the room on her priceline app. But used my card which was authorized. Bit when we got to the hotel there was a cash deposit .which I paid with my card separately. She did t stay so the desk clerk canceled that room that was around $80 dollars. And had told me that the refundbwill be on my card in the same day but has not applied. And I was even charged other room deposit that I never received. Please correct this . Because I should have received the two 50 dollar deposits and the refund for the room t
