My complaint:
We have been waiting to move into a home. And have had to stay in a hotel so we picked Baymont in mandan nd. Well everything here is great .except. my husband went up to the front desk last night and talked to the desk attendant about getting extended stay rate because we are paying full rate for a room every night so by the end of the week we are spending his whole check on one week stay at this rate we will never be able to get our deposit and first month rent saved the person at the desk said to talk to the sales person in the morning and we would be able to get a better rate with possible refund.well that didn’t happen we got turned down for better rate and no refund. All we ask for is extended rate we have been here for almost a month and have not been able to move because of this problem
Suggested solution:
We would like to get extended rate something a couple free nights something because we have spent a lot of money here and may be homeless because of it my husband gets laid off soon and we are running out of time to get the money we need to move in to a place
