My complaint:
It was almost 330 am when i got to the hotel and i booked a room asked for a early check in and they gave me it for extra 20 bucks
The Ladd had me pay 78 bucks that included the 20 dollar early check in had me sign paper but after paying she new day put it in her log book so come the next day afternoon i am not showing in the system and i have to waiste my time to figure things out. They refused to check cameras after hearing the record of money being pulled off the card i paid with.
Suggested solution:
Free night or two. Or my money back. The lady working that night get into trouble.
