My complaint:
Battery World Wagga Wagga installed an Iveco truck battery wrong. The battery itself is fine, however the technician installing it has damaged many components of the engine stopping the truck from starting.
We had to get it towed to the mechanics.
We also have had 2 days of down time due to no transport.
Suggested solution:
We would like battery world to pay for the towing fee and the mechanics bill.
