My complaint:

Went into the store to seek advice on a Battery previously purchased from this store. I received a replacement at no cost which I was happy with however he told me the battery was not fit for my generator. After I spoke with the manufacturer of the generator they gave me the part number of the correct battery. I returned to battery world to the replacement battery they had given me was compatible: I was met with verbal abuse when I walked passed the office the gentleman was sitting in (after being told by the other staff member to go see him) I did say to him “there is no reason to be rude”. He then got up and slammed the door closed, so I did say to him agai. You are being so rude!! As I walked out of the shop he came after me and wanted to attack me. His staff members had to hold him back from physically attacking me. Very poor customer service!

Suggested solution:

Apology but to me it looked like the owner of the business so he should be reprimanded from the franchise.
