My complaint:
We had the worst experience at the steakhouse with your new hostess Faith. She was not giving us a booth when booths were opened and available and she lied about the booths being reserved. We asked the guest who were waiting to see if they reserved a booth and they said no, she straight up lied and got caught. She treated us like crap. I felt discriminated.We made the reservations for 7:30 and didn’t get to sit down to eat til close to 8:00
I hope you can fix this issue or we won’t be coming back.
Suggested solution:
That hostess needs training and she needs to be more polite and less discriminatory.
