My complaint:
On March 2nd I tried to extend my stay at 6 am! The hotel called me bk saying Dana denied my request because the hotel was booked! I asked my friends who work at the front desk if they were booked and they were only at 70% and still taking in guest! So I tried to confront Dana who I thought was a guy! She ditched me and instead I was now talking to a another host who said she did not know where Dana went and that she might have left! Her answer to my extended stay was that I did not play long enough even though I spend 1500 in less than 24 hrs! She recommended that I play more and perhaps by lunch time my request might change! So then I asked another host if there was a place that I could file a comment because I believe the reason she denied me was due to an executive host who was my host at one time and he got mad because another host compt me a golf club! So after this happened my executive host put a note on my account saying all free play and comps have to go through him! Now this guy had just came bk from what he said was vacation for 30 days which ended up being over 2 months and turned out to be a medical leave! This guy knows that I play at night on the weekends when he is not there and he was supposed to pass me on to a weekend night host but never did! So I spend 3000$ and get denied free play one weekend and am not to happy! Then the next weekend same thing and I’m calling Johnny but he will not answer for me anymore! This goes on for a month until finally a host tells me that it’s because of Johnny Bs note on my account so I’m furious and I call him and leave a angry message! Now this guy who I apologized to the next morning and now he passing me to another host and bad mouths me to the new host! This guy was more upset that someone told me about his note on my account then he was about the dirty way he did me and actually it’s a hate crime! Long story short this guy has sense then been taking cheap shots at me at my expense like for instance when a host called him to see if I could get free play and to ask him why my 2000$ that I had just spent was not showing and this jerk just wanted to know if I was using foul language and he denied my request without even hearing the question! I go over to the other vip host booth to ask what happened to my 2000$ why does it not show on my account and Johnny B cuts in front of the host and starts to tell me that he already denied me and that he asked the other host if I was using foul language and she said yes then he goes into a speech in front of 4 good looking ladies who are all host and he says how I need to control my anger and then a 10 min speech about how I should be treating the staff with respect etc! I’m just downfounded and all I want to do is go bk and ask the other lady if I was rude to her ! Mind you that Johnny B once again did not answer my simple question and he has now instegated a hate crime against me! The other host says no I was not rude nor was I using foul language towards her I had just said that this is bs as I was walking off! I go back to file a complaint against Johnny or at least confront him and let him know that he is the only one being rude etc! But now he won’t come out and they can’t find him! More bs! No one knows where my 2000$ went and no one cares to call surveillance and cm the tape where I played about 10 mins agai for 2 hrs! So this was 2 weeks prior to march 2nd and now I go to the hotel and ask them to put a note on my account that I don’t appreciate being lied to and how Dana is a fraud and she is discriminating against me on Johnnys behalf I believe! As I’m filling this complaint I have to here this younger clerk saying we are all booked up etc while she has no idea that the other 2 clerks have already spilt the beans so she is just making me more angry and I finally ask her to please not talk to me! So I check out and I go play some more then finally leave an hr or two later! Actually then I went and played golf then I left and got more money and came bk 4 hrs later only to be rudely interrupted by the day manager who says I don’t want to bother you while your playing as she is doing just that! So she would like to have a word with me when I am done and now she stands over me with 2 big security guards making a scene and harassing me! I cash out and she gives me a chance to speak about what is going on and I have no idea who she is but I already know that the paper in her hand is not good! She cuts me off in in the middle of my sentence and says let me help you then she gives me option A or B! A is a 90 day exclusion and B is permanent! I’m blown away and I tell her that is ridiculous and how I never had any disciplinary problems and that she is bullying me for the sake of Dana who I would later find out is the night manager and Tiffany is the day Manager! So Tiffany just retaliated gist me for making a complaint that was supposed to be private but that girl at the desk must have let her know and Tiffany tells me that she had a meeting with god only knows who and that this is the decision that this Lady who only has known me for 10 mins came up with and I don’t even know Dana or what she looks like! I have a behavior problem I think she said! So I’m out now for 90 days and this means 130$ a day in free food my diamond status gets me and 250 a month in free play which is a fraud also because it has never changed in 2 hrs and I’ve been yelling this from the roof tops to these crooks! And my free golf daily and I was in a lotto contest that they are doing for march and I had a lot of entries and the prizes are 50,000 for 4 numbers right and a 1000 for 3 s right and 100 for 2 s right which I had won this week a 100 so I had a good chance at Winn more! But not anymore! It is unethical for a manager to look into my complaint about her other manager! They just pushed me out for no reason other than the made up lies that they do quite often with no remorse because they all hide behind that sovereign nation bs! That’s how they are steeling my own free play which should be up to 400 a week maybe 500 but they are crooks! It’s my word against there’s and unless you can give them a lie detector test which I will take in a heartbeat and pay for ! But as long as they can manipulate any situation and they can lie for the smallest reason to the biggest ! There is no justice they are just crooked! Same goes for my benefits on my card and a few other things! Thank you for your time!

Suggested solution:
For one they would have to admit that they were wrong! Or at least give me an apology for them threatening me and making this stuff up!
It would be nice if I could have a hearing and bring all 3 to the trial in front of the Tribal Council so that they could hear what really goes on!
I would need my own lie detector expert to give us all a test otherwise they’ll just conspire and make up whatever they need to get buy! It’s a shame that there all so untouchable that they know it and I know I’m not the first person that they have done this double meaning word game that is cruel in itself! They enjoyed it to much and I I can tell it’s a normal event that happens when you make a complaint against them! Privacy is no where to be found and there just off the hook!
