Respected Sir/ Madam,
My name is Rui Pedro Melo de Resende and I am a resident of Cacia Aveiro Portugal
I am writing this letter to you in reference to the Product 2016068, Kukirin G2 that I bought from your store ) on August 2024 _Order NO: 114344399 This is to bring into your kind consideration that the mentioned product malfunctioning an did not performed as advertised for which I tried to reach your customer care center, Several times without any resolution and also your support center did not provide any resolution
As per the conversation, the query was supposed to be resolved fast but to utter surprise, the issue has not been resolved as till now and i negatively impacted for not having solution and the non utilization of the product almost 60 days without any solution or conclusion
Suggested solution:
exchange the product to another one , even if i have to pay some difference
