My complaint:
I won $1380 and filled in the withdrawal application on the 6821 I have used the live chat 7 times to ask why this hasn’t been paid or if there was a problem with my claim in any way. Assured there was no problem and that it had escalated and how sorry they were.
Today 16921 my withdrawal still sits there. So 6 escalations later and I am now about to lay a complaint with the Australian Consumer Commission.
My recommendation would be if you play here, don’t expect to get your winnings.
Suggested solution:
How ? Just pay out what is rightfully mine since there is no problem with my withdrawal application. In say 14- 20 days upon withdrawal requests.
hi. did you have a bonus with that as ive noticed if you deposit direct cash with no bonus attached they seem to pay in the right time frame but like yourself i have a $2500 withdrawl pending from 1st september 2021 with bonus attached which is now 20 days overdue but they paid me a earlier withdrawl from 10th September lodged one that was $500 with no bonus attached in a timely manner. mine still pending too $2500 20 days later and they are saying the same things to me to like not to worry will be paid but… Read more »
