on the 4/07/2021 I have won $9.800, they split the withdrawals in four payout the last send payout of $2.500 was on 19/07/2021, since then I have spoken numerous time send emails to casino support, enquiry about the delayed payout and they ignore me every time giving untrue excuses it been over a month waiting for the rest of the withdrawals to be approved and send, there is an unpaid total of $4.800, Would you please help with this matter where I think that they use unlawful practices
