My complaint:

I rented 2 cars from Avis 09/02/2021 on 09 /02/2021for $991.00 loss damage for $29.99 a day I was carjacked for 1 of the vehicles I contacted cpd got a report contacted Avis I asked can I get another vehicle Avis denied me I paid for loss damage they didn’t give me no help some of my family members and children were stranded we waited the next day no help I spent over $5000 for this trip my hard earned money Avis didn’t show me no remorse I used Avis because I trusted and liked the company so I reported it to the BBB they tried to give me 1 free day of rental 6 months later so I denied that I got legal help they’ve bee trying to serve them but they closed the location 4000 MANHEIM ROAD FRANKLIN PARK IL,60131 I really need help with matter they keep giving me the runaround

Suggested solution:

Pay me for what I spent on my trip and renting from them they caused me a lot of stress and for pain and suffering
