My complaint:
I ordered a couple of things on May 8th. It was marked shipped in an email on May 12th. On May 20th I got this message in an email:
Due to technical difficulties at one of our warehouses, the dispatch of your order may be delayed by 3–4 days. We are working hard to ship your order as soon as possible.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
I have no confidence that this will happen, and even if it does I doubt it will arrive in the next two weeks
Suggested solution:
Cancel the order and return every single penny of my order, as I have absolutely no confidence in them as a business
