My complaint:
Hello , i have a very big concern regarding AutoDoc! They sell products that they don’t even have it on shelter and because of this me as costumer i must wait a lot of time until i get my order ! The problem is that AutoDoc don’t inform you that the product is not on shelter and when you contact them to see what is happening with your order they start to Lie and saying that the order is being prepared, next day they say that they wait the courier to pick up the order ,next day they say that it was an error and they didn’t have the product on shelter and they must wait the product to arrive from the supplier….and just like this 1 week is gone and i wait like an idiot with my car in service paying for every day extra ! They don’t want to tell you that te product is not on shelter because they know that you will cancel the order and they don’t want to lose it ! I will hire a lawyer and i will go to court because this is not possible! I am not their joke.thank you

They must pay for the days i waited extra and for their lies ! I post money because of their lies , this is my order nr 63376976, all time only lies and problems with this company, they don't respect delivery times !!!! They sell what they don't have and make you wait until they get it and lie to you every day when you contact them
