My complaint:
My goods were delivered to another address. All my documents have the correct address. Lucky for me the house owner phoned to say i have your package. Very poor service in Jaen. I was forced to drive my car in need of repair.
Suggested solution:
Use a competent delivery service. The local one is sub standard.
