Autodoc complaint: Extremely poor service

My complaint:

below is a copy of the last email sent that outlines the issues

It’s the 3rd email I.m sending.
and I called yesterday to no avail.

Please respect your customers and have some pride in the work you provide as this is utterly disrespectful.
The Tracking number provided holds no info.
Items having even been shipped by what it seems.
No mention anywhere that the items originated from Germany.
5 days to dispatch according to the email – which is ridiculous and I still can’t verify if it is true or not.
The Tracking number provided is for one of the least reputable delivery services, and completely out of sync with what has been advertised in the website, at any point it mentions Evri.

What will happen when the item it’s customs? as again, no mention it would come from Germany. Who pays that charge?

It’s absolutely appalling how you are treating me as a customer at this stage. and I will pursue this with the relevant authorities to my full ability if you do not attempt to make this right to the point where I will feel a satisfactory effort was made to address all the issues mentioned.

The manager has failed to call me know 2 times after the 3rd day contacting their customer service.

They hold no respect for the customer.
They tried to offer me a 5% discount on the next order on the only reply I had which is absolutely disgusting.

Suggested solution:

I would like at the very minimum a rightful compensation, as in money refunded, as if I has ordered from any other business, it would have been in my hands already and the price would have been similar.
