My complaint:
I’ve called twice, both times they wouldn’t disclose who opened an account with my information, my social security and birth date.
They would not even transfer me to a superior such as a supervisor or manager .
Scammers.
I am filing a police report.
Suggested solution:
Resolve the issue. I’m filing a police report.
