Aspiration complaint: No funds are returned from unjustly frozen account

My complaint:

My account was closed without any explanation and I received their email on April 29th. Aspiration promised to refund me by check. Six weeks later there is no check. When I called their support hotline I was told that the account in the “closing queue” and they cannot give me no date, no month and no year on when my money will be back.

Suggested solution:

Send me the refund check ASAP
