My complaint:
I had some activity done on my account but they frozen my account before I could have them transfer my money to another account. I have missed my wedding and have lost all the money I spent on my wedding. I’m still stuck in Washington state when I should be on my honeymoon. And I have called three days in a row and still have not been told any thing. I would like my money moved to the account. I have given them my account number and rt number. I need to have that money in my account on Tuesday. I don’t need a check sent to me that takes to long. And I have to be in Tennessee like last week. So please have my money move to my chime account .
Suggested solution:
They just need to do as I have asked. If they don't solve it like I have asked I will involve my attorney
