Aspiration complaint: Closed Account and held my funds

My complaint:

I transferred a $500.00 deposit from MY verified PayPal account INTO my (also verified) Aspiration Account. It was accepted. I bought a pepsi as normal with my Aspiration Card. I went to order a pizza about 20 minutes later and my card declined. I checked my email and saw an email from Aspiration stating my account had been locked for security reasons at 8:16pm. I transferred the money at 7:51pm. I immediately called customer service and was told that my account was closed. No email stating this STILL after 3 phone calls and a long call with a supervisor This money was hard earned and the final payment to our landlord to move into a wamr house after being homeless. I am 4 months pregnant, have a 1 year old, a 3 year old and a blind husband. We dont even have a car to sleep in, and the homeless shelter is full. it is 30 degrees outside and still daylight. 25 tonight and were outside. BECAUSE OF ASPIRATION

Suggested solution:

IMMEDIATELY reverse the transfer back to my PayPal account.
or
Reopen the account and activate my card allowing me access to my funds immediately.
or
wire transfer such as western union my funds
or
FED EX OVERNIGHT the paper check they claim they are sending to me in 30 DAYS!
