My complaint:
Horrible customer service! Long wait to reach anyone by phone only to have representative scream, act rude, refuse to resolve issue with refund owed, and be hung up on. Unreasonable,rude, refused to resolve issue! Horrible way to treat customer! Will highly caution anyone to NEVER use this business!!! Their horrible reviews are not enough to change their business practices and correct their attitude and behavior. I would encourage everyone to report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Dental Board . Should be shut down!!!!
Suggested solution:
By following customers wishes and providing helpful customer service representatives. Refunding money owed in an acceptable manner. And not hanging up on you when they don’t want to help resolve issues.
