My complaint:
From day 1 of me of having to deal with picking colors, shapes and sizes of everything needed to complete my permanent dentures, I have repeatedly told whoever was dental assistant that day, what I specifically wanted my dentures gum color to be. Although on the past 3 – 4 visits, again I specifically voiced the color that I wanted the gums of my dentures to be, then I am presented on February 14th with my permanent dentures with the wrong gum color. I let the dental assistant know of course that I wasn’t happy with the color, everything else is fine. She tried talking me into taking them by saying the that cookie is the color that gums are supposed to be well mine arent exactly the same color on the bottom, i only have upper dentures…She told me that she would talk to the dentist and get back in touch with me.
I’ve been waiting 2 years for these permanent dentures and I still don’t have them.
Please help?
