My complaint:
I ordered a birthday gift more than two weeks in advance, so I would not have any problems. The delivery deadline was 2 working days. It’s been almost a MONTH, and I did not get it delivered. I contacted ASOS multiple times and got the same answer about an investigation, but no one would send an update. Every time I contacted them again, they said there was no history of my last contact and they would initiate it again. At this point I don’t know what to do anymore. They have my money and don’t deliver my parcel…this action has a name
