My complaint:
I recently visited the Asda Wallington store and had a very disappointing experience with manager, Jay Pillai. Upon entering the store, I was looking for assistance with locating a specific item. When I approached Jay Pillai for help, he was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite my polite requests for assistance, he responded in a condescending manner and did not make any effort to help me find what I needed. This interaction left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Additionally, when I attempted to address my concerns with him, he was unapologetic and continued to display a lack of professionalism. I have always had positive experiences at Asda in the past, but this incident has significantly impacted my perception of the store. I hope that Asda will provide better training for their managers to ensure they treat customers with respect and provide the assistance they need
