My complaint:
My daughter is disabled. She likes to shop at the Beddington store but for the past six weeks there have no mobility scooters at all. Prior to this there were three scooters although they were constantly breaking down or not charged. Now there are none. I am now having to take her to Sainsbury’s or Tesco where they have working mutability scooters. Despite speaking to staff nothing has been done.
Surely a company your size should be more conscientious towards disabled people and provide a service as your competitors do.
Please look into this matter urgently.
Suggested solution:
Replace mobility scooters as soon as possible and ensure the are always charged.
