My complaint:
I was Shopping at the Asda Wallington Store and as I was shopping I overheard a conversation between two managers Vania and Jay talking about the amount of black male Asda colleagues that they have both personally sacked they were bragging and smiling about it as if it is something to be proud of
which I personally find extremely offensive as well as upsetting especially as I am a black male activist this really bothers me a lot! and I personally won’t let this rest no way! whilst they were having having their conversation I tried to see if they were wearing a name badge but they didn’t have one so I asked a few shop floor asda colleagues of the names of the two managers and they told me the woman manager’s name is Vania and the asian male manager’s name is Jay they also told me that the manager Vania is well hated and very unpopular because how she talks to people she doesn’t have good people skills and is very rude and manager Jay is devious dodgy sneaky and has something against black male colleagues one black male asda colleague told me that manager Jay keeps following him when he is working and on his breaks and constantly watches him on camera as well as makes other managers and security monitor him on cctv he also told me that he is unfairly and frequently spot checked I asked the colleague has he reported this and he said yes I have reported to Asda head office and Asda ethics and they are not dealing with the issue this as black male activist deeply and greatly concerns me how this is being allowed and being allowed to continue despite the fact that Asda head office and Asda ethics are both aware of this totally unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
A full and thorough independent investigation needs to conduct immediately I personally will definitely playing my part as an black male activist.
