My complaint:
ASAP tickets refuse to refund tickets. The flights were canceled due to Corona virus. They said that I can use credit for only 1 year or they can refund me about 20% of my tickets. This was a family vacation and 2 members of family are in military and we can’t rebook in 1 year.
Suggested solution:
Refund my ticket purchase as the airlines are doing.
