My complaint:
Tickets were bought for two passengers but was cancelled due to the sudden change by ASAP regarding the overlay between flights. Quatar refunded the tickets which will take 4 weeks!! ASAP refuses to refund the Travel insurance. Flight details PRN POHPWT, INSURANCE 2483808
Suggested solution:
They must pay back the Travel insurance as it was not our fault
