My complaint:
When I booked they had asked if i can pay the insurance, I did. Now I have problems my passport is not ready and i need one more week, but the price they offered was insane almost $600 !! It’s more than the half of the original price!
This is crazy. Please consider about us a bit, I don’t have that money to give away
Suggested solution:
If I paid the insurance why do I need to pay that much of a penalty?!
A suitable price will be fine
