I talked to Marietta Gonzales about refund
after I got denied for getting full refund
from ASAP. I am owed $850 and that’s my
livelihood and I need my money returned
to me! I have proof of conversations and I
did call and left messages to refund my
remaining ticket since I was unable to fly
to Lagos Nigeria! I requested supervisor
and never got help! I want general
manager or mister Weinstein himself to
get my refund asap! I will continue to
contact you until someone listens to me!
This company claims to have a good
reputation but has lack of customer
service when it comes to assisting me! I’ve
been denied for wrong reason and I want
it corrected! I need help and need it ASAP!
Suggested solution:
The agent failed to follow up with me during the process I don’t know if if was to keep my money or she just didn’t give a dam but the company is keeping my $350 for no good reason but I am due $850 asap!!!!
