My complaint:

I booked a ticket through ASAP and shortly there after the airline cancelled the flight. ASAP refused to release the funds back to me. Further, the airline refused to rebook my ticket and they referred me back to the travel agency who in turn pointed me back to the airline. This monkey business went on for 56 phone calls, including three way calls between myself, the airline and ASAP tickets where the airline representative even ordered ASAP tickets to comply with the ticket change and they flat out refused.
Then I was forced to pay an additional $255 Dollars by the ASAP customer service guy for a fair change which in fact didn’t exist after all was said and done. To add to the troubles the airline again cancelled my return flight. I was forced to come out of pocket yet another $500 Dollars.
On top they booked the second flight without bags for a total of $1,348 USD, at which price I could normally travel to and from Europe twice.
The airline refunded a measly $417 USD and decided to send it to ASAP tickets who are until this day unresponsive over the phone and are still holding my funds.

Suggested solution:

Pay me back what they owe me.
