My complaint:
I had i flight back from Casablanca to Los Angeles layover in Toronto on the 6th of September but Canada close its borthers with Morocco on the 30 of august 2021 ASAP Ticket send me an e-mail asking if i want my refund i said yes in writing and my so called agent Spike show up trying to take my money from me penality fees and so on i refuse and asked for my full refund up until today never heard of them ASAP Ticket is a scam never again i used KIWI.COM for years never had a single problem any help how to get my refund thank you all
