My complaint:
I regularly purchase from the Arnotts – Cheds range. Usually they are full of flavour and great to eat. Today I have opened a pack and they look to all be overcooked? Almost burnt even.
There doesn’t seem to be much pecorino cheese flavour either. They don’t have any flavour and are not tasty to eat. This is the first time I have experienced a packet like this.
Suggested solution:
Unsure, but is overcooked crackers part of quality control or are there often crackers like this in batches?
