My complaint:
a whole packet of Scotch Finger biscuits tasted like they had been made with lard
stale old fat
the taste made us gag.
we tried to eat about four of them but they were horrible.
we were so disgusted we gave the rest of the biscuits to the dog to eat. she refused to eat them. curled up her nose and walked away.
this is a dog who will do ANYTHING for a biscuit.
Suggested solution:
$100 shopping voucher to resolve complaint.
do not be rude and offer us one packet of biscuits.
i have chosen this method rather than Facebook to make my complaint
we are avid Arnotts biscuit buyers and have been for 50 years.
it is so disappointing that Arnotts have changed the recipe so badly.
no it was not old stock.
this is our local Woolworths and fresh stock on the shelves all the time as high volume supermarket.
