My complaint:
Good Afternoon, I purchased a packet of TeeVee Snacks last week and the biscuit inside was soft and not crunchy. They tasted off and less than the level of freshness that I typically get when eating TeeVee Snacks. I am unsure if the standard of the chocolate coating was insubstantial but the biscuit was most definitely not fresh and crunchy. Please see the photo attached for proof of batch number and best before date.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the product or receive a box in the mail free of charge.
