My complaint:
Unsanitized. There was a lady working there and I asked her for a cup of coffee a small cup she put her fingers in the cup to get a cup and she have no gloves she had touch money. Aren’t Arcos employees supposed to wear gloves while giving customers a cup. What was the point of removing the cups if the arcos employe are going to put their fingers in the cups.
Suggested solution:
Find a new person that would do the job better And greet them nicely
